みなさん こんにちは。
Welcome to the wiki page for everyone in year 10 studying Japanese at St Bede's this year. As discussed in class today, we can make a decision over the coming weeks as to how we use bedenet (moodle) to support our language learning.
There are several websites with different games to help with katakana recognition. If you want to focus on katakana recognition specifically, you might want to check out the links on the katakana（カタカナ） page.
Here's a link to one of my favourite games for improving script recognition. Although I realise we've only learnt the stories for
ア、イ、ウ、エ、オ、カ、キ、ク、ケ、コ so far, it's a good way to check your recognition skills.

How many katakana can you match up with its corresponding reading in 40 seconds.....20 seconds? Try playing this game for five minutes a day and you’ll soon notice the difference. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Be warned – it can be addictive!
